The Columbia City Council will hold a Regular Called Meeting on Monday, December 2, 2019, at 6pmCT in City Hall, 116 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY. This meeting is open to the public.

1st Item: Motion to Approve the minutes of the November 4, 2019, regular called meeting.

2nd Item: Motion to Approve the minutes of the November 8, 2019, special called meeting.

3rd Item: Motion to Approve the minutes of the November 12, 2019, special called meeting.

4th Item: Motion to Approve the minutes of the November 14, 2019, special called meeting.

5th Item: 2nd Reading of Ordinance No. 460.4, an ordinance ammending Economic Development Assistance Ordinance No. 460.3 of Columbia, Kentucky.

6th Item: Re-vote to approve or deny the decision of the City of Columbia Planning and Zoning Commission decision to deny a request to change property located at 511 Burkesville Street from R-2 Low-Moderate Density Residential to C-2 Highway-Oriented Commerical. Property owned by Dustin Brockman. Roll Call vote:

7th Item: Motion to Enter into Executive Session: Deliberations on the future acquisition or sale of real property, the publicity of which would likely affect the value of the specific piece of property to be acquired for public use KRS 61.810(1).

8th Item: Reconvene Regular Session. Motion:
