City of Columbia prepares for more giving By Tiffany Collins The City of Columbia is continuing their work on a couple of projects. The packages for the elderly will be distributed beginning later this week in conjunction with the Day of Giving. The city has also received donations of adult disposable undergarments; primarily for men. If you know someone that needs these, please contact Ann Marie Austin at City Hall. The city's Day of Caring earlier saw two handicapped ramps built. We are continuing to have requests for ramps. The city has volunteers to build the ramps, but needs funding for the materials.
