Turner named MSC Women's Basketball Player of the Week By Christopher Coombs Reagan Turner of the Lindsey Wilson women's basketball team was named the Mid-South Conference Player of the Week, conference officials announced on Monday. Turner averaged 15.7 points, 7.7 rebounds, and 3.3 assists over three games played. She posted 21 points and seven rebounds in a 72-53 win over Berea (Ky.) followed by 10 points and nine rebounds in a 58-55 win against Faulkner (Ala.). The junior from Gamaliel, KY, closed out the week with 16 points, seven boards and six assists in the win over Brewton-Parker (Ga.). This is the second weekly honor of her career.
