Ashleigh Nicole 'Ginger' Swiney, 30, Taylor County, KY She was a patriot and proudly served her country honorably in the United States Army. Though cystic fibrosis would eventually claim her life, she rarely complained, and will be remembered for her good-natured pranks and her infectious laughter. Ashleigh Nicole "Ginger" Swiney passed from this life on Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at her home in Campbellsville. Daughter of the late Steven Swiney and Sonya Renee (Bryant) Catlett, she was 30 years, 5 months, and 9 days of age. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at 12noonCT/1pmET in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home. Bro. Will Burgess will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Gilboa Baptist Church Cemetery. Full military honors will be conducted by the Marion County Veterans Honor Guard. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Tuesday from 10amET until time for the service. She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Campbellsville Baptist Church. She was a patriot and proudly served her country honorably in the United States Army. She leaves to cherish her memory: Her husband: Antonio Suggs of Campbellsville, Two children: Aiden McAllister and Micah Boop, Two step-children: Eli Mason and Jaiden Mason, Close friends and caregivers: Samantha and Wesley Ward of Campbellsville, Her chosen nieces and nephews: Tyler Booth, Emma Estes, Carter Ward, and Xander Ward, And a host of other family and friends.
