Open enrollment for health covereage Nov 1 to Dec 15, 2019 By Leslie Lee Lake Cumberland Community Action has an Application Assister available to help with enrollment for health insurance. We can help you apply for Medicaid, find a plan on the Kentucky Health Benefit Exchange, make a change to your current MCO or plan, and can also answer any questions you may have. If you do not have coverage or need to make a change in your plan, this is your opportunity to enroll. To schedule an appointment or get more information, contact Leslie at 606-305-9506. We also have an Sign Up day scheduled for the local libraries in November:
