LWC women's XC finish 16th in Jenna Strong Fall Classic

Wilmington, OH - The Lindsey Wilson women's cross country team finished 16th of 33 teams in the Jenna Strong Fall Classic Friday afternoon.

The Blue Raiders finished with a team score of 506 points. Sophomore Meredith Johnson led the team with a 53rd place finish with a time of 20 minutes and 14 seconds.


Laura Cuin-Casimirofinished with a time of 21:21.5 and Kaylee Masden crossed the finish line in 21:35.6. Kayla Roeder ran a time of 21:49.7 and Macey Wilson finished in 21:52.0.

Elsa Diaz recorded a time of 22:40.0 and Dezare Jackson posted a time of 22:41.4 to round out the Blue Raider competitors.

Ohio State took home the gold with a team score of 41 points.

Lindsey Wilson women's cross country will be back in action on Saturday, October 19 at the St. Louis Fall Classic.
