LWC Women's Golf in fourth at MSC Fall Tournament

Richmond, KY - The Lindsey Wilson women's golf team sits in fourth place following the first round of the MSC Fall Tournament at Gibson Bay Golf Course.

The Blue Raiders shot a team-total 328 today to sit 22 strokes off tournament leaders Cumberlands (KY) who shot a 306 at the par-72, 6,002-yard design. Cumberland (TN) is second at 315 and Campbellsville University is third with a 326.



Dacie Bolton carded Lindsey Wilson's lowest score of the day with her 7-over par 79 as she is in a tie for seventh place. Claire McLaughlin fired an 81 to sit in a tie for 11th place.

Zofia Wojcik managed an 82 as she is in a tie for 14th place while Tara Rodenhurst shot an 86 to finish in a tie for 22nd. Megan Mann also competed for the Blue Raiders as she finished in a tie for 27th with an 87.

Katie Biddlecome competed as an individual, shooting an 86 to sit in 22nd place.

Lucia Pena of Cumberlands is alone in first place after scoring an even-par 72 following the first round.

Lindsey Wilson wraps up competition at the MSC Fall Tournament with the final round taking place Tuesday morning.
