Happy Hawg BBQ & More continues Grand Opening today Happy Hawg BBQ & More has selling shoulder, brisket, pulled pork and more all year long at the intersection of Highway 127 and Highway 80 in Russell Springs, and owner Randy Young decided recently that it was time to celebrate with an official Grand Opening. Randy says, "Invite everyone! We'll have special prices for food and a prize drawing. Come out and see our new concession stand with funnel cakes, deep fried oreos, funnel fries, chili cheese fries and more!"
