Robert (Bobby) Russell, 82, Liberty, KY (1937-2019) Robert "Bobby" Carl Russell of Liberty passed away on Monday September 9, 2019 at the Casey County Hospital. He was 82 years old. Funeral Services will be held at 2pmET on Friday, September 13, 2019, at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel, 142 KY Hwy 49, Liberty, KY, with Bro. Johnny Maupin officiating. Burial will follow in the Poplar Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be held at 11:30amET on Friday, September 13, 2019, at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. He was born in Liberty, KY on June 16th, 1937 a son of the late Herman H. and Matrice Gosser Russell. Bobby was the widower of Carol Russell who passed away on August 9th, 2019. Bobby was a Carpenter, Gate Salesman and a U.S. Airforce Veteran. Survivors include: One Brother: Dale Lee Russell of Liberty, Nieces and Nephew: Renee Cunningham of Liberty, Teresa Horning of Liberty, Lisa Russell of Somerset, Sherrie Sweet of Eubank, John Russell of Liberty, Marvetta Russell of Liberty, Melissa Copley of Dunnville, Stacy Pitman of Liberty and Jessie Russell of Nicholasville. Preceding him in death besides his parents and spouse was One Brother: Marvin Herman Russell and One Niece Cindy Cox. Bartle Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
