AGENDA 1st item: 2nd reading of ordinance no. 220.177 - an ordinance providing for the levying and collection of an ad valorem tax for the city of columbia, kentucky for the year 2019 2nd item: 2nd reading of ordinance no. 110.43 - an ordinance annexing territory located at the city of columbia's northwestern boundary of highway 55 into the city of columbia 3rd item: 2nd reading of ordinance no. 840.3 - an ordinance relating to the duties of dog warden and providing for the control of animals running at large 4th item: 2nd reading of ordinance no. 1010.5(a) - an ordinance amending section 12 of ordinance 1010.5 5th item: Motion to approve recommendation of the city of columbia planning and zoning commission decision to deny a request to change property located at 511 burkesville street from r2 low-moderate density residential to c2 highway oriented commercial.
