LWC 2019 Cross Country schedule released

Lindsey Wilson cross country head coach Nick Wilson announced the 2019 schedule for the Blue Raider men and women's team on Monday.

Six events in total are on the slate for the Blue Raiders this season.

The 2019 campaign kicks off on Sept. 7 in Bowling Green, Ky., with the Mid-South Conference Preview meet. Next up is the Austin Peay Cross Country Invitational on Sept. 21 in Clarksville, Tennessee.


The Blue Raiders then head to Wilmington, Ohio to compete in the Jenna Strong Invitational hosted by Wilmington College on Oct. 11. The final regular-season event on the schedule is the St. Louis Fall Classic in St. Louis, Missouri on Oct. 19.

Postseason competition begins on Nov. 9 with the Mid-South Conference Championships in Bowling Green, Ky., followed by the NAIA National Championships on Nov. 23 in Vancouver, Washington.
