KSP: Marijuana arrest at Dunnville residence By Tpr. Nick Hale Dunville, KY - On Sunday, July 28, 2019, at approximately 1:47pmET, Trooper Zach Scott received information of a subject cultivating marijuana in a residence located in the city limits of Dunnville on Dogwalk Street. Upon arrival Trooper Scott and Trooper Clint Bale observed marijuana growing in plain view, through a window of the residence. A search of the residence and out building resulted in Troopers locating 5 marijuana plants total. Nicholas Hall, age 23 of Dunnville, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and cultivating in marijuana (5 plants or more) 1st offense. Hall was lodged in the Casey County Jail. NOTE: An arrest is not a finding of guilt. An individual placed under arrest is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.
