Injury in a two vehicle collision in Casey County

Liberty KY (July 9, 2019) - Trooper Billy Begley is investigating a two vehicle injury collision that occurred on July 5, 2019 at approximately 5:26pmET, 17 miles east of Liberty on Ky 70.

Seventeen year old Emily Gillock of Liberty, was east bound on KY 70, operating a 2013 Hyundai when she attempted to turn into a private drive, turning into the path of a west bound 2017 Kawasaki motorcycle, operated by 51 year old Kenneth Warner of Science Hill.



Gilllock was belted and not injured. Warner was not wearing a helmet and was transported to Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital by private vehicle for minor injuries.
