Here's a thought regarding the "breadman" who also sells jelly. He is most grateful for the return of empty jelly jars - other vendors who sell jelly might also appreciate return of empty jars.

Also, the salt risin' bread he sells can be made into wonderful croutons because its texture is dense and does well cut into cubes and toasted in the oven or skillet. . . especially with olive oil or butter and garlic powder!! --Vonnie
