Taylor Bell named US Archery All-American By Christopher Coombs In the Blue Raider archery program's inaugural season Lindsey Wilson freshman Taylor Bell was named a US Archery All-American. He is the first and only Blue Raider to earn the distinction. The All-American team is composed of to the Top 25% of archers each Division and Class that participated in both U.S. National Indoors and National Outdoor Collegiate Championships in the same division (maximum 10) and was calculated by taking the combined score from the U.S. National Indoor Championships and the qualification round of the U.S. National Outdoor Collegiate Championships. Bell was the top-ranked archer in the Men's Bowhunter discipline with 2,512 total points as he topped competitors from NCAA D1, D2, D3 and NAIA institutions. He scored 1,169 points at the indoor championship and followed that performance with 1,343 points at the outdoor championship. In total 23 Mid-South Conference Archers earned US Archery All-American honors. Union (KY) led the MSC with nine honorees while Cumberlands (KY) had seven.
