Polls closed, turnout higher than expected By Tiffany Kessler Adair County Clerk Lisa Greer is estimating local turnout in the May 21, 2019 Kentucky Primary at 17%, quite a bit higher than the 12.5% that was predicted last week by the Secretary of State based on early absentee voting.
