Bolton started on the back nine and quickly birdied the par-3 tenth hole to move too 1-under par as she then recorded eight straight pars to close out her first nine holes. The front side was a more up and down for Bolton as she started off with back-to-back bogies - her first blemishes of the round - before birdieing the 324 yard par-4 third hole. Another bogey on the next hole would push her to 1-over par before two straight birdies moved her back below par at 1-under. Two bogeys on her final two holes of the round would give Bolton her lowest round of the championship at 1-over par.
