Shirley Forrest Jeffries, 81, Casey County, KY (1937-2019) Shirley Forrest Jeffries, age 81, of Hustonville, KY passed away on Wednesday May 8, 2019 at his residence. Funeral Services will be held at 10amCT/11amET Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Bud Stidham officiating. Visitation will be held from 6-9 Monday and after 8 Tuesday. Burial will be in the Harden Cemetery in Taylor County. He was born in Liberty, KY on September 7, 1937 a son of the late Forrest and Voudis Followell Jeffries. Shirley was the widower of Janice Stayton Jeffries. Shirley worked for Danville Construction, was a farmer and a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict. Survivors include -- One Son: Joey and (Amy) Jeffries of Liberty; Two Grandchildren, Maddie Edwards and Kenzie Watts both of Richmond, KY; and Three Sisters, Wanda and (Wendell) Smith, Patsy Hanchell and Sadie Russell, all of Hustonville, KY.
