Jimmie C. Lynch, 75, Columbia, KY (1943-2019)

Jimmie C. Lynch of Columbia went to be with the Lord on Thursday, April 25, 2019 at the Russell County Hospital. He was 75 years old.

Cremation was chosen and there will be no formal services held.

The ashes of both Jim & his late wife Glenda will be interred together in the Lexington Cemetery in Lexington, Kentucky.


He professed his faith in Jesus Christ many years ago and attended the Union Chapel Community Church in Fairplay, KY.

In addition to his parents, Clyde & Julia Hager Lynch, he was preceded in death by his wife, Glenda K. Lynch; two sons, Jeffrey & Phillip Lynch, Sr.; and a granddaughter, Summer A. Johns.

He is survived by one son, John Lynch (Kimberly) of Denver, CO; one daughter, Robin Johns (Scott) of MacClenny, FL; and four grandchildren, Jack Lynch of Denver, Phllip Lynch, Jr., Kody Lynch & Scott Johns, Jr. all of Florida.
