Moyers Appointed Manager At Ctb This article first appeared in issue 30, and was written by Linda Waggener. Betty Moyers is the smiling new face in leadership at one of Columbia's four banking institutions. She has been appointed Branch Manager / Retail Loan Offiicer for Community Trust Bank. Moyers joined Community Trust Bank, FSB in 1981 in the Consumer Loan Department. Since that time, she has been involved in several operational departments such as Loan Servicing and Loan Operations. She has also held various positions in the bank, including Security Officer, and most recently, Market Operations Officer. Moyers is a graduate of Taylor County High School, attended Lexington Community College and Western Kentucky University. She has furthered her banking knowledge by attending numerus seminars related to banking. " I am pleased to have someone with Betty's skill and experience to join the retail side of our bank," CTB's CEO Jim Richardson stated. Community Trust Bancorp, Inc. with assets of 2.2 billion, is headquarted in Pikeville Kentucky, and has 60 banking locations across eastern and central Kentucky, and 7 banking locations in West Virginia.
