LWC Men's outdoor track and field finishes in 4th By Benjamin Riegger Lexington, KY - The Lindsey Wilson men's outdoor track and field finished in fourth place on Saturday afternoon at the Pioneer Invitational. The men's track and field earned the finish after concluding the event with 78 team points while garnering four first-place finishes and one B-cut standard. The men's relays led the way for the team, earning two first-place finishes in both relays. In the 4x100 meter relay, the team of Kevin Hallmon, Holt Keeling, Christian Davis and Christian Whitehead finished in 41.80 to earn a B-cut standard. The team of Keeling, Hallmon, Jaylun Wallace and Whitehead finished in 3:18.95 in the 4x400 meter relay. In the 110 meter hurdles, Landon Saum finished in first place with a time of 15.66 seconds. Mishi Easterling added in the men's long jump with a first-place finish with a jump of 6.84 meters. In the 100 meter dash, Easterling added a sixth-place finish in 11.30 seconds. Whitehead added a fourth-place finish in the 200-meter dash in 22.51 seconds. The 400-meter run, Wallace earned a second place finish with a time of 49.19 seconds. In the men's field events, Pierre Ezanno earned a third-place finish in the triple jump event with a jump of 13.79 meters. Ezanno added a sixth-place finish in the long jump with a 6.24-meter jump. The men's Javelin throw, Cameron Thurman earned a fifth-place finish with a throw of 44.26 meters, while Austin Sparrow added in, finishing in sixth place with a 43.15-meter throw. Sam Perdue earned a ninth-place finish in the men's high jump event with a jump of 1.78 meters.
