Green Co. Grand Jury returns indictments Wed 6 Mar 2019

Indictments brought against 7 individuals from Greensburg, Campbellsville, and Magnolia, KY on charges including murder, burglary, disorderly conduct, possession, trafficking, and tampering with evidence.

NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

The Green County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Greensburg, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Wednesday, 6 March 2019:


  • Jacob Thompson, Twin Creek Dr., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00010. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Burglary, 3rd degree. Count 2 - Criminal trespassing, 2nd degree. Count 3 - Public intoxication, controlled substance, excludes alcohol. Bond set at $2,000 cash, no contact with victim or premises.

  • Robert L. Cundiff, Jr., Ralph Vaughn Rd., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00011. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Murder. Count 2 - Tampering with physical evidence. Bond set at $500,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol, no contact with family of deceased.

  • Alexandro Reyes, Albert Smith Rd., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00012-001. Charged with 8 counts. Count 1 - Trafficking in controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, <2g meth. Count 2 - Trafficking in marijuana, <8oz, 2nd offense. Count 3 - Fraudulent firearm transaction. Count 4 - Drug paraphernalia, buy/possess. Count 5 - Public intoxication controlled substance, excludes alcohol. Count 6 - Disorderly conduct, 2nd degree. Count 7 - Illegal possession of a legend drug. Count 8 - Controlled substance prescription not in original container, 1st.

  • Christina N. Graham, Hwy 566, Magnolia, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00012-002. Charged with 6 counts. Count 1 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, methamphetamine. Count 2 - Drug paraphernalia, buy/possess. Count 3 - Operating a motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs/etc., .08, 1st offense. Count 4 - No tail lamps. Count 5 - Failure to produce insurance card. Count 6 - Failure to wear seat belts. Bond set at $2,000 cash.

  • Alexandro Reyes, Albert Smith Rd., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00013. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Possession of firearm by convicted felon. Bond set at $12,000 cash.

  • Sharon R. Gregory, Ralph Vaughn Rd., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00014-001. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Trafficking in controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, 2g+ methamphetamine. Bond set at $5,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Robert L. Cundiff, Ralph Vaughn Rd., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00014-002. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Trafficking in controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, 2g+ methamphetamine. Count 2 - Possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond set at $10,000 full cash, no use of drugs or alcohol, no violations of the law.

  • Tamara A. Wright, Ralph Vaughn Rd., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00014-003. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Trafficking in controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, 2g+ methamphetamine. Count 2 - Possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond set at $5,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Mark A. Rice, Gabe Rd., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00015. Charged with 6 counts. Count 1 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, methamphetamine. Count 2 - Drug paraphernalia, buy/possess. Count 3 - Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc., .08, 2nd offense. Count 4 - Possession of marijuana. Count 5 - Failure to wear seat belts. Count 6 - Failure to produce insurance card. Bond set at $5,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.
