TN murder suspects apprehended by Adair Co Sheriff's Office By Sheriff Josh Brockman Adair County Sheriffs Office Deputy Brandon Hitch received a call that a 90's model Chevrolet S-10 was traveling toward Columbia on South 55, allegedly firing shots from the window of the vehicle. Deputy Hitch met a vehicle matching this description and attempted to initiate a stop. The vehicle continued a short distance and pulled up to a barn at a private residence. Two male occupants fled on foot and a foot pursuit ensued. With a quick response from multiple KSP troopers and CPD officers, both men where apprehended. They were identified as Alexander Hamilton, 22, and Joseph Clark, 19, both of Kingsport, TN. Also, arrested was a female, Samantha Glenn, 25, of Kingsport, TN. They were lodged in Adair County Regional Jail by Deputy Hitch on charges of:
The Adair County Sheriff's Office obtained Fugitive from Justice Warrants and notified TN authorities of their capture. They will be held for extradition back to TN to face murder charges. We are pleased no one was hurt during their apprehension. Due to the dedicated work of the Adair County Sheriff's Office, Kentucky State Police, and Columbia Police Department, the suspects were removed safely from our community.
