Geneva Sidebottom, 92, Campbellsville, KY (1926-2019) Geneva was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville. She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Elk Horn Baptist Church. Geneva Sidebottom of Campbellsville passed away on Wednesday, January 30, 2019. She was 92 years old. The funeral service will be held at 11amET on Saturday, February 2, 2019, at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon Ave., Campbellsville, KY, with Rev. Haywood Riner and Dr. Brian Rafferty officiating. Burial will follow in the Good Hope Baptist Church Cemetery Visitation is requested from 5pmET until 8pmET on Friday, February 1, 2019 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home. Geneva Sidebottom of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Charlie Thomas Morris and Lydia Goldie Vance Morris Young, was born November 10, 1926 in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 8:15 P.M., Wednesday, January 30, 2019 in Greensburg at the age of 92. She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Elk Horn Baptist Church. Geneva was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville. She is survived by two sons and three daughters: Peggy Humphress and husband, Wally of Campbellsville, Kathy Bagby and husband, Larry of Mannsville, John Sidebottom and wife, Judy of Burlington, Jim Sidebottom and wife, Judy of Bardstown and Monta Rae Eastham and husband, Jeff of Sturgis; fourteen grandchildren: Tammie Creason, Randy Cox, Genesia Sallee, Laura Sue Mason, Anthony Humphress, Amanda Rice, Derick Sidebottom, TJ Kabler, Kasey Sanders and wife, Tara, Kelly Sanders, Nathanael Bell and wife, Kirsten, Nicholas Eastham, Dustin Eastham; two step-grandchildren: Shawn Bagby and Jeramie Bagby: twenty-four great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Martha Sue Sallee June 11, 2005; a grandson, Chris Sallee June 10, 2017; one brother and two sisters: Joe Thomas Morris Febuary 9, 2003, Cleo Shofner Febuary 2, 2010, Marie Chewning Febuary 7, 2008. Pallbearers: Nathanael Bell, Randy Cox, Dustin Eastham, Nicholas Eastham, Kasey Sanders, and Kelly Sanders. Expressions of sympathy are requested to be donations to Gideon Bibles and may be made at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home. Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
