Commentary: Kentucky Pride Cleanup - we have an excellent recycling center By James Roberts I agree that Peewee Sinclair went above and beyond to help maintain Adair County's garbage cleanup and keep it under control. We can ALL do better ourselves to help keep our county clean. We can ALL recycle and put garbage where it belongs. We have an excellent recycling center right here in our own county. Every time that you come to town for whatever reason, you can put that on your to-do list to take a bag or two to the recycling center. Our household recycles and it has cut our garbage pickup by half. We have a county nuisance committee. They need to get aggressive with whomever has these dumps and junk sitting everywhere. The property belongs to someone and the landowners need to be held responsible! If they can't keep it cleaned up, then it should be sold by a court order to someone who can! Just my thought, --James Roberts Comments re: Letter: Need Peewee Sinclair to come out of retirement This story was posted on 2019-01-15 14:08:58
