Green Co. Grand Jury returns indictments Wed 9 Jan 2019

Indictments brought against four individuals from Greensburg and Campbellsville, KY, on charges including assault, trafficking, possesion, and forgery.

NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

The Green County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Greensburg, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Wednesday, 9 January 2019:


  • Larry Hall, Cotton Chaudoin Rd., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00001. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Assault, 4th degree (domestic), 3rd+ offense within 5 years. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender. Bond set at $15,000 cash, no contact with victim.

  • Kimberly Curry, 88 HWY, Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00002-001. Charged with 6 counts. Count 1 - Trafficking in controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, <2g methamphetamine. Count 2 - Drug paraphernalia, buy/possess. Count 3 - Possession of controlled substance, 2nd degree, drug unspecified. Count 4 - Possession of controlled substanc, 3rd degree, drug unspecified. Count 5 - Trafficking in marijuana, <8oz, 1st offense. Count 6 - Illegal possession of a legend drug. Bond set at $18,000 cash.

  • Karissa Smallwood, Hwy 1464, Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00002-002. Charged with 7 counts. Count 1 - Possession controlleds substance, 1st degree, methamphetamine. Count 2 - Drug paraphernalia, buy/possess. Count 3 - Possession of controlled substance, 2nd degree, drug unspecified. Count 4 - License to be in possession. Count 5 - Careless driving. Count 6 - Failure to produce insurance card. Count 7 - Improper turning. Bond set at $15,000 cash.

  • Kaitlyn S. Cisco, Peterson St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00003. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Criminal possession of a forged instrument, 2nd degree. Bond set at $1,500 cash, no contact with victim.
