Fire Report: 1240 Sandlick Road By Donald Hare The Columbia-Adair County Volunteer Fire Department received a call at 3:49pmCT on Wednesday afternoon about a residential house fire at 1240 Sand Lick Road in the Melson Ridge Community of Adair County. Upon arrival fire was contained mostly in the attic area above the kitchen and Living room, which sustained moderate damage. There were 13 firemen on the scene for about 1 hour.
