Lee Mac Janes, 77, Memphis, TN (1941-2018)

Mr. Janes worked 40 years as a Journeyman for Sheet Metal Workers Union Local #4 in Memphis. His favorite hobbies include Bass fishing and Nascar Racing.

Lee "Mac" Janes, 77, of Memphis, TN, originally of Sparksville, KY, passed away on Wednesday, December 26, 2018.

The Family will receive family and relatives on Sunday, December 30, 2018 from 10amCT until the funeral service at 1pmCT at the Memorial Park Funeral Home, 5668 Poplar Ave, Memphis, TN.


Lee "Mac" Janes was born on February 24, 1941. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bee and Jessie Janes of Sparksville, KY, a sister, Faye Hauf, and a brother-in-law, Travis Paul Scott.

Mr. Janes is survived by his daughter, Deana Cail (Danny), grandchildren Kristen Cail and Erik Cail and his siblings Don Janes (Bev), Dale Janes (Brenda), Pam Scott and Angie Wise (Willard).

Mr. Janes worked 40 years as a Journeyman for Sheet Metal Workers Union Local #4 in Memphis. His favorite hobbies include Bass fishing and Nascar Racing.

In Lieu of Flowers the family asks that memorial contributions be sent to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the American Cancer Society.
