ACHS FCA helps the homeless in Louisville

By Andrew Reliford

During the month of December, the Adair County High School FCA operated a clothing drive for Forgotten Louisville (homeless community). Hundreds of items of clothing were collected and 25 ziplock bags were filled with soap, chapstick, toothpaste and toothbrushes by the FCA.

On Wednesday, December 19th, the clothing items were dropped off at a local outreach church that serves a large range of homeless people in the city of Louisville.

Afterwards, those present drove down to the river and took time to minister to the homeless by handing out coffee, cake snacks, thermals, and the ziplock goodie bags.
