It's Downtown Days in Columbia, KY Saturday 13 Oct 2018

The annual Downtown Days fall festival continues in Columbia, KY all day today and into a big concert this evening! Click on 'local events' in the menu for a listing of the activities for all ages throughout the day and evening.

Booths open around the square at 8:30amCT and there's something happening every hour until the Ty Herndon free country music concert at 7pmCT. It's a cool fall morning with temperatures predicted to not quite reach into the 60s today, so jackets and sweaters are in order. Have a great festival day in Columbia!

Say hello to the courthouse

Squarecrows 2018: It's the day to VOTE for your choice!

Find the Retired Teachers Association booth - located in the corner by this little family group of Squarecrows, in front of First & Farmers Bank - that's the place to go cast your vote for the most deserving of the prize until after 4pm today, Saturday, October 13, 2018. Downtown Days going on around the historic courthouse

Downtown Days: Kasey Blue and McLean

New for this year's Downtown Days was this large chalk board with a deep question - the start of a bucket list, perhaps? The "Before I Die I Want To..." board filled up quickly and anonymously with answers such as "go to Hawaii", "geve (give) kids money", and "publish a 180 page book".

Pictured left to right (and their answers remaining a secret) are Kasey Blue, the seven-year-old son of Eddie and Tiffany Kessler, and McLean, the seven-year-old daughter of Max and Heather Wise.
