Adair County Fiscal Court October 2018 - report

The Adair County Fiscal Court gathered in the regular monthly meeting Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at in the Adair County Annex with full staff and all magistrates present except for Darrel Flat.



Minutes of September meetings were approved with no changes.

Disbursements were unanimously approved.

From their packets, each report was brought up for questions/discussion or acceptance. The Sheriff's Office report, Green River Animal Shelter report, Jail report, Treasurer's report, First Quarter report, Roads Reports, Budget ammendments and Transfers were all accepted as submitted.

Appointments included Judy Kotter and Cynthia Coomer to the Adair County Librabry Board and a reappointment of Barbara Shepherd to the Columbia Adair County Parks & Recreation Board.

Regular monthly Adair County Fiscal Court meetings are held at 6pmCT, each second Tuesday, in the basement of the Adair Annex, 424 Public Square, Columbia, KY. The meetings are open to the public.
