Two of only 12 juniors in state are from ACHS team By Trey Stephens Sports Writer for Columbia Magazine Connor Loy and Isaiah Cochran received honorable mentions to the Lexington Herald's All State Team. These two Adair County juniors were 2 of the just 12 juniors selected to the list of 50 players. The Indians were one of just 5 teams to have multiple players selected. Being a couple of the few juniors selected to the list makes both of these players prime candidates for Mr. Kentucky Basketball next season. That award, given to the best senior in the Commonwealth, has never been won by an Adair County player. This story was posted on 2024-04-04 12:00:01
