Elite 8 updates for ACHS Basketball vs Lyon County By Trey Stephens Sports Writer for Columbia Magazine Adair County is taking the court in the Elite 8 second round of the KHSAA Boy's Basketball state tournament presented by UK HealthCare. The team faces off against Lyon County. Adair County will need to continue the hot shooting they had yesterday that was able to push them past Marshall County. Starting 5 for Adair: Coomer, White, Cochran, Loy, and Grant. The Lions meanwhile will look to improve on their season low 45 points scored in their game against Ashland Blazer on Wednesday.
